There have been occasional reports made recently relating to the Parrot CK3100 Hands Free Kit whereby they have been losing sound and in some instances units are switching off. Whilst this is under investigation by Parrot, as a precautionary measure, it is recommended the following at the time of installation:
- Slightly squeeze all female pins in the white connectors to make them tighter around the male pins in the bluebox.
- Its advisable to secure the loom to the bluebox to reduce any loom movement.
